⏰ Return Window
You can return your order within 18 days of delivery.
✅ Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- Products should be in resaleable condition
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund is complete.
🔄 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. To swap an item, simply return it for a refund and place a new order.
